thank you- that narrowed it down- I swapped the lines and still the same issue with no id on one of the lines. So spoke to phone company and they say the id wasn't working and they have re-enabled it. Thanks for your suggestion as not sure I would have worked this out- was sure it was a setting on the TEA 308 |
