First check caller id settings No 11 on prog tool make sure both co 1 and co 2 have check marks for caller id and both are set for fsk try swapping the lines on the system and see if the house caller id is working if you never had a caller id device on the house line, you may have to ring eircom on 1901 or 1800601701 if you have business lines to get it activated |
