TDA100 and Caller ID

Hi,
I need some advice about the configuration of the Caller ID signalling of TDA100. Here is the configuraion:

Panasonic KX-TDA100 PBX with LCO8 & DISA cards installed.
I use TSP v3.0.0.4 and USB driver v2.0.0.7 to monitor and/or control DISA, GRP and EXT lines of the PBX via TAPI.

Basically I need to redirect calls to a particular extension line based on Caller ID. I also use the Caller ID to query for the name of the calling party in a local database.

The problem comes from the fact that the Caller ID can be obtained only if the call is being handled by three of the eigth CO lines (CO001, CO005 & CO006). All the other CO lines do not recognize the Caller ID so it is not available on the extension lines.

Our phone company uses FSK to transmit Caller ID data.
I checked the PBX configuration with Maintanence Console and set the FSK settings. Unfortunately Caller ID is still missing on most of the CO lines...
What could be wrong?
Thanks
