| I am not familiar with AD-40 VM system. We here used a PC based voice mail system with dialogic cards installed and the related software. We do NOT have problems with the CID feature. when the incoming call arrives to the pbx it is answerd by the VM mail system and if the caller dials 0 for the operator his number will be displayed on the operator consol as soon as the operator answers the call, and if the caller dials any Dterm number then the caller number will be displayed on the called Dterm screen, but if the outside calling party dials an analog extension number, nothing will be displayed as the that extension is not supported for caller id feature.. Finally all the above can easilly be programmed in the Nec PBX with the said software version "3200 Series R6.1". |
