understand that for incoming calls, CLID is not supported for analog CO trunks, hence showing the route access code and member.
But what about for outgoing calls, shouldn't the information captured be the dialed digits instead of whether CLID is supported. Is there any way to get the information to be shown as dialed digits through the AML link for outgoing calls? |
