| Call Pilot - Reverse RPC Connection
OK.
So I put CFTA in the CLS and then set EHT and EFD with our voicemail extension. Now when I put that set in 'Make Set Busy' external calls and internal calls are both forwarded to voicemail without ringing at the phone. The only difference is now the external calls get the external voicemail greeting while the internal calls get the internal voicemail greeting.
Is there a way to allow the internal calls to still ring at the set when 'Make Set Busy' is activated? |
