On the main system motherboard, there are 2 stickers and a PCB marking
PCB mark : PQUP10452zb
Sticker 1 : KX-TD821NE
Sticker 2 : 31AHG001349
OK, I will try the short cable solution
I just put a com port analyser on the PC and it looks like nothing is going out from this RS 232. I must add that I did not reboot the PBX (I don't want to risk any problem)
I need to change the background Music (BGM) because the default one is crap and kills the company's credibility the second it is heard. I wish to switch to external source 1 but the installation guide says I must program a value (803 I think).
Could we do it by only using the phone? I did not find such details in the U/M
I will also need to change the incoming call ring dispatch rule (not sure how to call it : Set XX rings. if N/A then let set YY ring, if N/A then let set ZZ ring...)
Yes, I am interested in a new system to take over the existing KX phone sets, but I have been quoted around $10000 for one and it is too expensive... |
