Good Day All,
I have a weird situation with a phone extension. First off, I have an Option 61C. When i print out the DNB in LD 20, it doesn't show a TN for the extension. I am now at a point where i need to create a phone using the extension. I am not sure what is going on here. What i think is happenening is that there is a Voice Mail account setup for the extension and that is what is giving me the weirdness. The voice Mail account has voice mails that are needed. Any light that can be shined on this issue is greatly appreciated.
