| It is not the Imagen voice mail system it is the older Interactive Voice Mail (IVM) system, version 4.00D.
The Telrad switch is a Telrad 400 Digital Key-BX, version PCP DB3.04A.
I've been told the system is at least 10 years old, possibly older. I am not sure if the problem is with the IVM system itself or if the DTMF receivers in the switch are going bad, but the Auto Attendent won't recognize touch tones reliably.
