| CALLER ID Info not Passing to Voice Processing Unit I've inherited an intertel axxess system. It has about 15 analog trunk lines all of which have caller id, incoming call ID display on the endpoints fine, but if an incoming user leaves a message the voice processing unit always says the message was left by "UNKNOWN" any idea where the communication breakdown is? I'm using DB Studio to program this Inter-tel 10.001 system. I don't even know where to start with this. Hope someone can help. |
