| The Norstar KLM needs an external power source. A way of providing this source is by wiring in the VP324 24-volt DC power supply. In this example a 6 conductor modular jack is being used. The power supply can power 2 KLMs. To connect second KLM you will add another power pair to the 3rd pair on the 6 conductor modular jack. You can have a maximum of 5 CAPs(10 KLMs) “central answering positions” per system. The CAP can only be a 7324 and you can attach 2 KLMs to the 7324.
