OTM Web Admin - Active Directory??
We are trying to install an IVR behind a Norstar MICS. The PABX installer is telling us that hunt groups are not available in MICS. In which MICS release version are hunt groups available? I am not very familiar with Norstar terminology but can a hunt group have an "extension"/directory number associated with it? If yes, is it available in all MICS release versions?

Is there any way to get statistics for a hunt group? For example, when all extensions are occupied at anytime?
