| Well Cintech has a nice package called Teleseries 6. Integrates well with the Norstar and adds lines and extensions as they get used.
If you need something less expensive Tapit EX will do the trick.
You will need to enter in all the extensions/users and maybe the trunks manually. The running of reports needs the users.
What is a price they can afford?
For either one they will need a CTA100 or an SMDR6 and a PC to run the software on. This PC should be running NT or XP so it can stay logged in but locked. If the PC is off, no data gets collected! |
