Rel25.30 had a release that did this... after a power down, it would not come up again. The only way to fix it was to reload the OS.
Looking at the print provided, there is a HWR103 error. The docs basically say you have an SSC error... replace the card.
Given that you replace the card, you may be lucky enough to be able to move the flash from the original to replacement. Worst case is that you will need the flash, plus the OS to reload.
