| Now we are going to go into never never land. The switch was maintaned by Bell Canada 2 years ago...Company cheaped out and ended the maintenance. Time goes by and the need to change the passwords arrises. I thought I knew how, had I been provided with the correct level 2 password. Well it does not work. This company has no authorised Nortel support, Bell has no record of the maintenance contract, they now have no level 2 password. Does any one know a Nortel rep willing to do a password recovery in the Toronto, Ontario area? PM if you do not want to post. I know it is taboo to ask, not sure why password recovery is a big deal... Thanks in advance. M. |
