| No there is not a standard or default password for that account. When the server is built the person who does the install sets the password through computer management and modifing the local user account.
If you go to computer management then local users and right click on the IUSR_SWC user you can set password. But then you will need to update the password in IIS under directory security for the default web page. Otherwise no one will be able to access the CCMA webpage, they will get a security error.
Do you have access to the CCMA installation and maintenance guide? If so it is all documented in there. I can point you to the correct pages if you have it.
