| Voicemail issue on 1 extension
I have 1 extension that I can't set voicemail on. When I try going into E6xx and set anything for that extension, it gives me a data error. I did some digging and found an old thread about callback queuing being enabled for that extension and that I had to get the access code for A005 to turn it off. I'm not sure how to do this as CM20x returns None for all of the A data lists. Any ideas? |
