| Anyone has experience negotiating SLA agreements?
Hello,
I'm going to be interviewing for a Telecom analyst position and one of the requirements is to manage SLA's and publish metrics against them. Has anyone had experience doing this sort of thing? If so, can I get an overview run down please.
I would like to at least have an intelligent conversation about this wit the interviewer, thank you!
