| Group Hunt I have a 2-part question. First, I have 2 GHT lists set up, 1 w/ around 5 users, the second w/ around a dozen. Both lists have the Unified Messenger/ Exchange CDP listed as the last member of the group. Calls are processing fine, but it takes forever for the calls to go to voice mail, and when they get to voice mail they are not delivering to the correct mailbox. That being said, is there a way to shorten the length of time the call distributes as opposed to the number of rings per set? Second, the mailbox number is the same as the PLDN. Any idea why would this not work? Thanks |
