| Holiday Scheduling First of all, let me state that I am completely unfamiliar with the HiPath 4000 system. Apparently we have a table somewhere in the 4000 config that shuts down our call center on holidays (and possibly re-routes calls). I haven't the first clue as to where this is, or how to access it. I know it exists as I've seen it, I just don't know how to get there. I've checked everywhere that I can think of in the GUI config editor. I do have the client installed for expert access if needed. Any ideas? |
