| Deskphone not ringing when calling from outside
Hi,
I am new to the group.It will be grateful if someone can assist me to overcome the problem.
We have KX-TDA200 IP PBX.We have a main hunting number with 5 numbers in the group.The problem is when someone call from outside to the main number they can hear the ringing on their mobile/deskphone.But it is not ringing in the operator deskphones most of the times.
First of all , we added 3 extensions say 1 2 and 3 into an ICD group called 611. Can anyone pls.assist me to overcome this problem.
