| Is the 2/4BRT card clocked to PLO on the MP? Clocking is usually the most common cause among intermittent and consistent failures.
Also check AA06 for proper protocol DMS, NI-2, ATT, etc.
Make sure D channel is not in same route as your B's.
In fact, check all your 35XX commands, especially pay attention to 3590 should be a 2 for both B and D type channels.
Since you say that sometimes it works I'll assume that your tandem connection on trunk routes are not restricted in CM 36.
When all else fails, check the ISDN system manual.
