That card should work just fine and the wiring is specific to slot/cabinet and breaks out on the TDM blocks, crone/66/110/bix/etc...whatever your environment is.

(info - the funny square connector with all the pins is a proprietary serial connector used for firmware updates)

Sounds like you have the hardware part.

However, R4+Z is right, the programming, dip switches, sense wheel etc. is another matter altogether.

You could be looking at a small project depending on the number plan, features needed, i.e. networked VM, message waiting lamps, dialing restrictions, LCR etc.

I also highly suggest a qualified NEC IPS technician for the job.
