Are you sure about the "NONE" as that isn't an option for this command? It is possible that we are dealing with an LDN so check Cmd 5001 de 0 de and step through to 8 to see if the extension number is in there. Alternatively step through Cmd 11 and see if the virtual number is there just so that we know what we are dealing with. Also does the situation differ for incoming calls and internal calls? The reason I ask is that the incoming digits can be translated by command 76XX to send incoming calls to a different destination. |
