Greetings all. I had a question like this many moons ago
HERE but that solution doesn't seem to apply here.
I have a virtual line that I want to forward to an extension. Presently, when someone calls this line from the outside it goes to an ACD loop. So I go in to Matworx Studio and I see the Forward to Destination is the ACD Loop. I changed it to the extension I want it to go now but it still goes to the ACD loop. (is that even the right terminology??)
Following the steps from my previous Post I went to 1204 to get the tennant for the vline and it is set to NONE. So I am pretty much stuck there.
