Please let me know if this is possible: Want all calls to overflow to IFDN XXXX 15 sec after the last RAN message regardless of the call queue. Can this be done with a timer setting somewhere? As of now the overflow is set to IFDN and is a Callpilot mailbox. The third call (when two calls in queue) goes to the IFDN, would want this to stay, however, in some cases when only one call in queue the caller is message looped in the RAN.
