| That sucks. I work for AT&T and if they have you at Nortel that's a good thing. After this customers MCS install a few years ago the soft keys on M3904 & I2004 sets stop showing up at our remote sites. It was the AC2 loc code. I would do a stare and compare. The loc code could be in conflict with an NRS code. Just a suggestion. |
