I'VE BEEN MOVING PHONES IN SOFTWARE SINCE REL 19 WITHOUT A PROBLEM, THE ONLY THING I DON'T TOUCH ARE ACD PHONES.
THEY GET DELETED NO MATTER WHAT I DO TO THEM, AND THEN RECREATED
