HOW to inform that the called party is on the phone? Feature is needed on a Meridian One 51C soft. Rlse 23 Just for premisses to premisses calls between 2616 and 2616 sets for which key 00 is a DID line and key 01 is local rollover extension, marked as LHK
Need to let the calling party know on her/his 2616 display that the
called party is on the phone, whenever it holds true, before transfering the call to voice mail, which is a CallXpress. The called party would have the option to leave a message or hang up and activate some key (or something) to automatically monitor and redial once the called party frees the line.
I am familiar with commands to change/add sets, but never used any load that affects the whole system. Please, examples of specific commands to program needed feature.
