To my knowledge there is no simple way to do this without some kind of external software like call cost accounting. The easiest way may be to have their telco run a traffic report for a week or two, most will do it for free, especially if they think they may be able to get a sale out of the deal because you don't have enough trunks, although I have seen some that charge for this service.

Of course, you could always just run the Diagnostic Monitor and capture SMDR for a day, but then you would have to manually go through it and see how busy the system was, time consuming, but an option I guess.
