| I had a similar problem with extensions not tracking SMDR data. If I checked in MAT, the extensions showed as set up for this but if I ran the 1305 command in MOC, it showed they weren't. I had to disable SMDR for the extension and save it in MAT and then re enable it again and save it. Not sure if it was just some hiccup with my system, but it seems to be fine now. |
