Ericsson BP250 an Man3000

Hi Sepay,

We use a Man3000 call buffer and we have a Ericsson BP250 PABX, unfortunately for I cannot retrieve a log for incoming calls on the Man3000 system due to the incoming calls being cut-off. Here-under is an example of outgoing and incoming calls, you can clearly see the character range for incoming calls is too short the number is being cut-off:

How can I extend the character range in order for the incoming number to be picked-up correctly?
