| Not sure about the 150S but you can try these which works for the opti410/420S..
Remove the lan cable, lift handset and press -+*3 at once. Then enter the password
The optiPoint 410/420 use the 1, 0, 3 simultaneously.
Entry: 289 * password and terminate with #
