| Samsung DS2100B installation
I've spent a few days now looking for information regarding the Samsung DS2100B and so only found its basic user guide. The problem I'm having is with using it with a Samsung DCS Compact I phone system that I've inherited administration of.
The Samsung 12 and 24 button phones that are connected all work perfectly but if I connect a DS2100B it does not get dial tone nor can it dial another extension. The phone does ring when its extension is called but it can never be answered as when the receiver is picked up it carries on ringing.
The Samsung Compact I I'm trying to use it with has one 6x dli extension board and a 2x sli board. Is there anything I need to set to allow this model of phone to work on it? |
