Problem solved. It is was a combination of factors. Our local calling plan with AT&T dips into the 423 area code. Basically some 423 numbers are long distance and some are not.
I had to add a DN prefix to my list of public network DN lengths. It needed to accept all 10 digits if the number starts with 423.
Now I can dial 9+1+423+num for long distance and 9+423 for local (leave the one out). |
