In the EMEA / Australian market it is 88 regardless of the interface. We use NVM all the time and it is always 88 to login, not **. This is from the CallPilot SUOG:
"During the greeting, press **,
or if you are in Europe or Australia press 88."
I was merely stating what we use in EMEA. I couldn't vouch for the states.
