| Remote Callcentre
Hello All!
I have to know how can i make a remote-callcentre.
Nowadays, I have a Option 82, with Symposium Server, Signalling Server and 500 set's TDM.
We would like allocate some agents in home-office, but I don't know how can I provide a connection for this agents.
Actually I use softphone trough VPN, but for this agents we can not configure VPN because the access police. Just a few users can use the VPN.
Is there another way to connect this agents ??
