| Voicemail External Access
I'm running a BCM 50 6.0.2.05.237 and CallPilot 43.01.00.22
I'm trying to access voicemail externally, when a someone dials their number from outside and gets the voicemail greeting they press * and are disconnected. I've also tried pressing * * at the autoattendent and receive the same exiting the system message and are disconnected. I know I'm missing something.
I found this in the forums so I know I'm on the correct track.
"tell the users to press " * * " as soon as they hear that greeting, they will be prompted for mbox and password, just like when they call their own mailboxes." - We never get prompted. just "exiting the system, goodbye" |
