Maybe you need to send them some reading material from
http://www.si.edu/lemelson/centerpie.../cosgrove.html I may have it figured out.. They were reading and got mixed up due to over working publishers with half open eye's.
They based this on "Gone With The Wind" like there cell quality
They misread Chicano and took it as Chicago
