| I have received a couple of complaints from users saying that there are times when their TRANSFER button is not visible for use. They can see/use it with no problem if a call comes directly to them, but if they cover for another person and the call came to them on a hunt or fdn, the TRANSFER button does not appear. This only seems to happen in some instances on certain phones. Other users never experience this problem.
Has anyone ever experienced this? Anyone have any ideas what might be the X factor here? |
