| The fax machines don't happen to use a NCOS that forces outgoing calls via a different route? Possibly this other route isn't working after the power outage. Also, if your outgoing route is on a digital trunk, check your T1 counters to make sure you aren't getting slips or CRCs; maybe something got changed after the power cycle. |
