| Increasing OTBF for D channels
Well, we again have had a situation where we had a conference call with three conferenced trunks in use across an ITG IP trunk link, and the conference call parties suddenly hearing one side of another conversation on the ITG (and neither of these parties noticing the conference call.
This is rapidly becoming a major issue to management in our company. Does anyone have the names or numbers of anyone at Nortel we can get to, since our provider's only solution (INI the switch) didn't solve the issue. |
