Well, first you have to run programming session (from RASC or BMS) for your Country...this will adjust some specific data on analogue trunks...
If that doesn't help, try to change command 1201 to 01 (Standard, simulate analogue phone).
Problem with trunk lock-up can be because of external transfer...if customer receive call thru analogue trunk and transfer that call to external party (either by dialling number, speed dial or via diverted extension) will lock-up 2 trunks (analogue incoming and analogue outgoing) and only way to unlock tham is via operator console (dial trunk no (eg.701), press monitor key, 2x right speech and right clear) or restart the system.
Way to avoid this problem is to order additional service from your provider (polarity reversal on disconnection). After that change 1201 command according to your country (eg. AU - 39 - polarity reversal as a clearing signal.
