| Cant Dial 423 area code w/ 404 exchange
We have a BCM 400 that for some reason is getting a fast busy when dialing 423 area code with a 404 exchange. Other exchanges in the area code are working. Further testing reveals that 423 442 exchange does not work either. I've tried the numbers with and without a "1" and with and without the area code, but no joy. It lets my dial the complete number and after about 3 seconds, I get a busy signal.
Our PRI is through ATT. They have been out and connected their SUNSET to the PRI and dialed the number with no problems. |
