What line pool did you enter? Line Pools are labeled A,B,C ect but when you program them in Startalk you have to use 1,2,3 etc. (A=1, B=2,C=3)Then you press PHONE and enter the destination phone number. Sometimes you have to use special characters. To do this while you are entering the destination phone number press # and then use options and insert special characters:
press 2 to enter more digits
press 3 to enter a timed pause (4 seconds)
press 4 to recognize dial tone
press 5 to insert a #
press 6 to insert a *
press 9 to access an outside line
press * to cancel and retry
press OK or # to access digits and any required pauses
