Have you used ASA to access this Audix before? It is an Intuity Audix, right?
If not, you need to add it to ASA. "Me" is not a login for Audix, there you use either "sa" or "vm". Once it has been added select terminal emulation (last item on the menu) and it will dial the voice mail and leave you at the login prompt. Make sure you add it as a voice mail, not a pbx.
Unless you have two separate modems on your computer, you cannot dial into a pbx and a voice mail at the same time. __________________
