| AltiGen 710 Altiview and Forwarding Ok - we've had the Altigen at my credit union since March '06. We're on Altiview 5.0.1.407. On the Config/Call Handling tab I want to forward UnAnswered calls to my cell phone. All I can see is to FORWARD (which is every/any call) to Outside Number. The CF Busy & CF No Answer do not offer an Outside Number option. CF N/Answer offers only: EXTENSION, VM, IVR or Line Park. For just me - my extension - is there a way to setup a personal hunt group or activate a CF N/Answer? I'm an end-user with good IT skills working with our COO who 'manages' our IT but 'really' doesn't. Thanks. |
