Help: unknown time on optiPoint

Hello all.

We have a HiPath 3800, configured with digital lines (optiPoint 500 series) and analog lines. When we call specific lines (digital, analog) from optiPoint device, we can see an counting time but no abonent name (for ex., it shows 28 : 40 : 30 and seconds counting)

Station is configured to show a name of subscriber and phone number. Manager E shows no difference in configuration in those specific lines, and lines with normal behaviour.

What feature (or bug ) it can be? Recently we added two analog abonents with similar rights. When we call first, we see namer of subscriber, when we call second - counting time displayed.
