| We've been working through a similar issue but have not been able to isolate it yet. We had a trunk card supplying music on hold that seemed to be grabbing the wrong timeslot. Instead of playing the music on hold (which we verified was working going intot he trunk card) it was putting another conversation on with an active agent call. We got the trunk card replaced but still had reports of the same thing, we are now looking at the conf packs too. Also looking for infomation on how an agent observe works on a CS1000E with IP agent phones. |
