| Unified communicator does over rule system forwarding. Try disabling the routing on uc to see if the phone behaves correctly. If not you can default the phone using a feature code to clear any forwarding the user might have accidentally enabled on the phone. If all is well with uc routing disabled then you might want to look over the uc rules again... |
